Meet Luca Sidoti

My passion for building started early. Growing up, I was always creating, learning and working with my hands. My Nonno, a concreter by trade, taught me how to use a hammer from a young age. Whenever I got to spend time at his place growing up I would always want a hammer and nails so I could practice putting nails in his fence post. My dad played an even bigger role in shaping how I approach my work today. He taught me practical skills like how to use a hand saw or drill, but more importantly, he instilled a mindset — that even the parts you don’t see, matter just as much as the finished product. Just because something is hidden, doesn’t mean it isn’t important. That has been with me since before I started my apprenticeship and continues to shape the work I do today.

About True Built

True Built was founded on a simple belief — that a home should do more than just look impressive; it should actively support the health, comfort and wellbeing of the people living in it. With over a decade of hands-on experience in the building industry, we specialise in healthy homes, architectural new homes, renovations and extensions that are carefully considered, highly detailed and built to perform for the long term. While many builders focus purely on visual outcomes, we take a deeper, more holistic approach — placing equal importance on what you don’t see, from the structure and materials through to ventilation, moisture control and the overall performance of the home.

To us, craftsmanship is at the heart of every great build. It’s not just about clean lines and high-end finishes — it’s about precision, care and pride in every stage of construction. True craftsmanship means building with integrity, where nothing is rushed, overlooked or compromised. It’s the difference between a home that simply looks good on completion, and one that continues to perform, age gracefully and stand the test of time.

A key part of this philosophy is our focus on healthy homes. The spaces we live in have a direct impact on how we feel, sleep and function every day. At True Built, we take into account the materials used within the home, aiming to reduce exposure to harmful toxins and improve indoor air quality.

At True Built, our focus is on delivering homes that align with our clients’ vision, budget and lifestyle, while earning their trust through transparency and expertise.

We are particularly driven to work with clients who value their health, their environment and the long-term performance of their home. Those looking to build their forever home — a space that supports their lifestyle, their family and their future. Whether it’s a high-end architectural new build, a renovation or an extension, the goal remains the same: to deliver a home that is thoughtfully designed, meticulously built and created with purpose.

Because in the end, a home isn’t just a structure. It’s where life happens. And when it’s built properly — with craftsmanship, performance and health in mind — it becomes something far greater than the sum of its parts.

Our Process

1. Initial Enquiry

Reach out via email or our contact form to start the conversation.

From there, you’ll receive a detailed project survey—allowing us to understand your vision, budget, and overall suitability before moving forward.

3. Design & Cost Alignment

We collaborate closely with you and your design team, providing ongoing input to ensure the project remains practical, buildable, and aligned with your budget.

5.Letter Of Offer & Contract

Once everything is aligned, we present a detailed letter of offer outlining the agreed scope, cost, and build approach.

Following acceptance, we move into a formal building contract—allowing the project to transition confidently into construction.

7. Completion & Handover

Regular site meetings ensure everything is addressed before completion. At handover, you receive a completed home and the guidance needed to maintain it moving forward.

2. Initial Meeting & Pre-Construction Agreement

We meet to gain a clear understanding of your vision, priorities, and what you want your home to achieve. We walk you through our process, values, and the structure of our pre-construction agreement.

4. Detailed Planning

Scope, selections, and documentation are finalised, giving you a clear understanding of what’s being delivered.

6. Construction

With the groundwork done, construction becomes a controlled and efficient process.

You work directly with me throughout, with clear communication, oversight, and a consistent focus on quality.
